Digital studio — Utica, New York

Built properly, then put to work.

Diginith designs and builds websites and online stores, then runs the search, advertising and content that bring people to them. One studio holds the whole route, from the first search to the second order.

Written scope before anything starts. No lock-in contracts, and every account stays in your name.

Why people call us

The site went live. Nothing happened.

Most companies that reach us have already paid for a website. It usually looks fine. It was simply never connected to anything — no visibility in search, no advertising pointing at it, and no follow-up once somebody fills in the form.

A website is not the finish line. It sits in the middle of a route that begins with a search and ends with somebody ordering twice.

01
Nobody can find itThe pages were structured around an internal org chart rather than around anything a customer types into a search box.
02
The creative goes staleResults slide because nothing new has entered the ad account since launch, and producing more was never anyone's job.
03
The numbers disagreeAnalytics, the ad platforms and the inbox each report something different, so decisions end up being made on instinct.
04
The form goes nowhereInquiries land in a mailbox nobody watches, or arrive so late that the prospect has already spoken to two competitors.
05
Four suppliers, no ownerDesign, development, media and email all sit with different people, and when the result disappoints each can point at the others.
Capabilities

Six things, done by one studio.

Commission any single one, or the whole route from build to lifecycle email. The same named person runs it either way.

01 Websites

A site is a sequence of decisions a stranger makes in about ninety seconds. We design for those decisions first and decorate second, then build something your team can edit without calling us.

  • Custom WordPress design and build
  • Page structure mapped to real search demand
  • Performance and accessibility budgets set before design starts
  • Handover, documentation and training for your team
02 Online stores

Catalog, checkout, payments and what happens after the order, built and tested as one system. Most storefronts break at the seams between those four, not inside them.

  • WooCommerce and Shopify builds
  • Catalog, variant and product feed structure
  • Checkout, tax and payment gateway integration
  • Abandoned cart, receipt and reorder flows
04 Advertising

Budget pointed at pipeline instead of impressions. Accounts built properly, creative tested on a schedule, and spend reviewed weekly rather than explained quarterly.

  • Google Ads — search, shopping and performance campaigns
  • Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok
  • Account rebuilds and wasted spend audits
  • Landing page and offer testing
05 Social and content

A publishing operation with a calendar and a producer, not a habit someone fits around their real job. Work made for each platform rather than resized for it.

  • Content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Photography, short-form video and motion
  • Community management and response handling
  • Platform-native formats and creative
06 Email and automation

Winning the first order is the expensive half. The email and automation layer is what turns one purchase into a relationship, and it is almost always the piece nobody owns.

  • Lifecycle mapping and list segmentation
  • Automated welcome, nurture and win-back flows
  • Template design, build and deliverability
  • CRM configuration and lead routing
Method

Four phases, in this order, every time.

The sequence matters more than the speed. Measurement is fitted before anything launches, because spending against broken tracking buys six months of arguments nobody can settle.

Phase one

Read

We go through the current site, accounts, tracking and search position, and write down a baseline you can hold us to later. Nothing is touched in this phase.

Phase two

Make

Design and build, with analytics and conversion tracking fitted during construction rather than bolted on by somebody who missed the conversation.

Phase three

Open

Launch with search and advertising behind it at a deliberately modest spend, until the numbers clear the bar written into the scope.

Phase four

Widen

Put weight behind whatever worked and feed it into organic search, email and repeat business, so the next quarter opens from a higher floor.

Terms of engagement

True of every project we take.

Not values on a wall. These are the specific things the scope of work holds us to, whatever we are building.

Scope A written document before anything begins, listing deliverables, dates, the people doing the work and the fee. Nothing starts unsigned.
Contact One named person who did your discovery call and stays on the account. Not a rotating queue.
Reporting A short written note each week and a working session each month. You never have to ask how it is going.
Ownership Domains, hosting, ad accounts, analytics and source code are created in your name and stay yours if we part ways.
Ad spend Paid by you straight to the platforms. We take no commission on it and never route it through our accounts.
Exit Thirty days written notice on ongoing work, and a full handover pack whether you leave happy or not.

Fees depend on what is being built and how much media runs behind it, and are quoted in writing after a first call. There is no rate card here because there is no fixed package — but you will have the complete commercial terms before you commit to anything.
